The news on Telegrafi has confirmed the deputy director of the Kosovo Police for the North Mytorica region, Besim Hoti.
The event occurred after midnight when the police official was off duty, so he went to celebrate it like everyone else, Hoti said.
He has indicated that three persons allegedly under the influence of alcohol have been identified in the case.
