In downtown Pristina, near other bars known to locals as “rakia graries”, is Boubble, which in Albanian means “blusce”. It's where LGBI+ persons feel safe and secure.
The opening of the bar for the LGBTI+ community was the dream of Lend Mustaf, the 26-year-old who is the first transgjitor person in Kosovo, who has publicly shared his gender identity and gender exchange process.
Young people who were enjoying the sun on October day, sitting on the verdant porch, gave life to the site.
Six months ago, Lend couldn't imagine it like that, but now he says that not only has his purpose been fulfilled, but he has passed all the expectations he had.
