LDK for no salary execution: This money isn't Government to do whatever it wants.

The Democratic League of Kosovo has declared that the Government of Kosovo has no legal and moral right to cut teachers' salaries. In a media report, the LDK says the government is called at Article 18 of the Greek Law, ignoring Article 13 as a whole, which speaks of protecting employees [...]

In a news release, the LDK says the government is called at Article 18 of the Law for Greece, ignoring Article 13 as a whole, which speaks of protecting employees during the strike. This article specifically says that the strike organisers, strike participants and other employees who support the strike cannot be taken through disciplinary or material measures”.

The government is named at Article 18 of the Greek Law, ignoring Article 13 as a whole, which speaks of protecting employees during the strike. This article specifically says that for strike organisers, strike participants and other employees who support the strike, there can be no disciplinary or material measures... Material measures in this contractual report involve just pay and contributions. Obviously, there is a contradiction between Article 13 and 18, with which this contradiction cannot be interpreted at the expense of the one which has not drafted the law, which is strikers”, said the LDK media communiqué.

The LDK says this money is not government to do whatever it wants with it, at the time when inflation has gone to 20%.

These are not government money to do whatever it wants, just as it avenges teachers. At a time when inflation has only amounted to 20% and citizens are already in crisis, the government leaves 23,173 teachers without salaries. It is unacceptable that once a crisis closes, another” opens, the announcement says.

The LDK has declared that the Government with these measures is povertying families and that if it continues at this pace it will increase the number of social assistance researchers.

“With inflation has reduced wages in this government's mandate, while with the latest revenge there are disruptions of revenues for over 23 thousand families”, the LDK communique concludes
