Kosovo producers seek workers from Pakistan, Indonesia

Nijazi Musliu owns the steel construction factory, which all production and exports to many European Union countries but not only. Although there are about 80 employees, he says that among the biggest problems facing him is the lack of professional workers. As a result of this situation and the rift between the private sector and educational institutions, by next year he claims to receive workers from Pakistan and Indonesia.
“We are in negotiations with several Turkish companies that are bringing workers both from Indonesia and Pakistan. I'm thinking of fixing a shelter for them. Next year we have the opportunity to employ up to 50 workers, said Musliu.
You know, in the last 20 years, we have many interventions and co-operations in professional education, but if we don't have the private sector engaged and very active we won't have access to market needs profiles.
