Today it has published a memorandum stressing the importance of implementing the Kosovo Constitutional Court for the Decani Monastery as soon as possible.
Many obstacles to sustainable returns remain in force and must be addressed, especially in terms of dealing with crimes that undermine the sense of security of potential returnees and obstacles to the joy of property rights, despite improvements under the legal framework”.
The continuing lack of implementation of the Kosovo Constitutional Court's act on the Decani Monastery raises important questions concerning respect for rule of law. It must be applied as soon as”, it noted.
