From day to day, you should eat light, varied meals by avoiding salt, fat, or excess sugar. If you learn to enjoy more natural food, you will no longer need sugar or fat food and see how you feel better. A good diet helps us to have a good transit of intestines, well-being and good treatment.

You may not like to play intense sports every day, but you can exercise and move every day. It is important that you exercise even if it is to walk at a good pace, exercise to prolong or strengthen.
