That's what the lawyer talked about, Anton Noecaj on the “Diary” in Tv1. He said he agrees with the section of stops for participation in public institutions of sexual offenders.
According to him, rapists have no place in public institutions.
“We strongly agree on the part of the stops where it says that those who have a formal form bias, who turn out to be guilty of assault or sexual assault, were barred for a certain period of time participation in all public institutions, whether in the electoral contest, which is actually OK, because the perpetrators have no place in public institutions”, he said.
Noecaj, however, disagrees with one other thing with government. He says he cannot deny another right like that of a driver's license.
But the government dares not one moment deny another right, such as the driver's license ban. This has no driver's license to engage in a criminal offense. I don't see any connection with those citizens who are convicted of criminal acts with the ban on taking a driver's license”, Noecaj said.
