The first case in Kosovo's history when a disabled person in Kosovo indicts an institution for discrimination has already received epilogue. The court through the verdict recognises discrimination against the injured in question, but does not impose the Pristina municipality to build an adequate infrastructure approach, stemming from the logic of the indictment.
In His Decision Periscope, the municipality of Pristina on the other hand is obliged to compensate for about 5 thousand and 500 euros of damage caused by unmatials over many years, where it stresses the violation of dignity.

In this regard, the case attorney, Sylejman Klink in a statement about Periscope has said the case may be estimated to have been won, since part of discrimination has been approved.
However, he says they will file complaints about not taking into account the municipality's obligation to build infrastructural access to the capital.
We're unhappy with the amount approved for non-material damage and access. We can consider it to be a win because discrimination has proved, Klink added.
We remember that the indictment between the Pristina municipality was laid down three years ago by the citizen Kukaj./ P ERISCOPI/
