In a direct link from the country's north, Klan Kosovo journalist seized a moment when a Serbian car with a license plate of “KM” circulated in front of the Kosovo Police following the new decision's entry into force, but that the same did not stop it from declaring the measure of rebuke.
Meanwhile, tonight after midnight a small number of cars were spotted on the move.
