Counsel for People Who Stée Start Work in the Morning

I've never been a man who wakes up early in the morning. People who wake up early make their big step at sunrise. Like a man who stays late, I get the best ideas when the sun goes down. Life in a 9-to-5 society could be [...]
Like a man who stays late, I get the best ideas when the sun goes down. Life in a 9-to-5 society can be difficult for people who stay late. See if you can connect to these things:
Ask yourself whether you are lazy or generally disabled
You cover your slow morning by overcoming the people who wake up early in the day.
You read articles after the article on setting up a morning routine, but you do not receive this advice.
If you're shaking your head for acceptance, I feel your pain. I fought good wars for years. After research and some experiments and practice, I reached three conclusions:
I'm connected to thought at night.
I can't change my nature.
I can change my routine.
Those truths changed my life. I used them to develop four habits that can help you pass on to people who wake up early.
Follow a disciplined night routine
My night routine is simple: between 6 and 10 pm is family time. Since everyone's asleep, I start working creatively and intellectually in my vision of my company, Navy. These are hours of progress and inspiration.
About midnight or 1 am, I look at my schedule for the next day and put things first as my mind is clear and when I can think strategically. The last thing you want to wake up with is a bunch of messages.
In the early morning, do only what is enough
My wife Rachel and I have six school-aged girls. I wake up before dawn if I like it or not. But I also stress about exercise, ideal breakfast, etc. I help Rachel with the girls and get out of the door.
If you're not the first person in the office, it's okay. You're done a lot of hard work the night before. This will not only motivate you to work harder, but I will also trust you.
End of day
Right after I sit at my table, I enter my area of completion. Phone calls, interviews, text messages, meetings, tea methodically between these jobs.
Follow the inspiration at any hour
I used a car. CPAP for six years only to be able to sleep. A few nights ago, while I was lying down to sleep, I was electrified by an idea for Navy. I had an early meeting with the board, but I removed my CPAP car and opened my computer anyway. Privileged creative flow over an extra half hour of sleep is always worth it.
Forget the old stereotype about early birds and worms. This is not a question for good or for bad, for right or wrong; this is to admit who you are and who you are. Besides, like any respected self-destructor I'll tell you: The best species don't get their heads out until it's dark and cold outside.
They're called night creeps for a reason, go get them. (Levie King/Entreuner)
