She has also mentioned prosecutors and other staff members who, according to her, are facing health problems every day as a result of the harsh conditions at the Palace of Justice.
Grantolli, has asked the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) at the 220th meeting held Friday so that as a point of discussion on the agenda, this situation will be decided for discussion.
According to member Grantolli, such a proposal is good to be approved by the Council because, according to her, the situation in the Palace of Justice is serious, reports “Justice Trust”.
She said that because of the ventilation situation, people working on this facility are risking their health.
“Sic you know I even sent an e-mail yesterday and I've proposed that the case of the Palace of Justice be discriminated against, this is taking the case that the head prosecutor of state has been arrested cardiac and is now on medical leave, which has also reported”, said member Grantol.
In addition, she has added that health problems also have a large number of staff, including prosecutor Fatmir Behram and Pristina Foundation Prosecutorship Manager Feride Isufi, for whom he said he has undergone some kind of attack.
A large number are suffering in lack of oxygen”, she said, adding that the situation has become unbearable and that they will no longer enter the object of the Palace of Justice by Monday.
On this issue, Council leader Jetish Maloku said they cannot make any decision, since it is someone else's competence.
We're adjourned, we've made a commitment, you know exactly who's in charge of carrying out this issue, but we can't make a decision”, he said.
Even U.d. State Chief Prosecutor Besim Kelmendi said he supports any action by the staff of the Court Palace on this issue, as this situation is dangerous to their health, according to him.
The life of prosecutors and staff is at stake, we have staff and prosecutors who are being taken by emergencies and go to hospital and I'm not at risk of anyone's life, and I've told you they have my support for everything they get”, Kelmendi said.
In the end, the Council decided that the Grantolli member's proposal would be decided for discussion.
Grantwall has said this is a request for the entire staff of the Palace of Justice.
“It is also the chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina, but also of other prosecutors, the administrative staff that beginning on Monday we will take drastic measures and no longer enter the building of the Palace of Justice”, she has declared.
Grantol has said that health is under threat until urgent institutional action is expected to solve this problem.
“Since no solution has been given to this day, it is our health that we face every day, we will no longer continue the process of work, but we will cease again in order that maybe other actors who are committed to this issue take urgent action”, she added.
The meeting is continuing with other agenda points.
