“Special Procurory reports that the S.S. has been issued for the launch of the investigation because the same is suspected that between March 26th and May 28, 1999, it has been actively involved in the conduct of criminal acts linked to war crimes, so that the same has participated in attacks against the Albanian civilian population in the neighborhood “Kristal<2> in Peja, with the creras killed thirty (33) persons during the attacks committed at this period<x> the prosecutor has announced.
