(4 years ago)At the Foundation Court in Pristina, trial has continued against Marko Rosic, Nedelky Spasojevicq, Dragisa Markovik, Zarko Jovanovic, Silvana Arsovic and Rade Basara, charged with being involved in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic. As soon as the hearing began, the chairman of the court, Valon Kurtaj, said they received an announcement from the [...] attorney last night.
As soon as the hearing began, the chairman of the court, Valon Kurtaj, said last night they received an announcement from accused's lawyer, Marko Rossic, Mahmut Halimi, that it has resulted in positive COVID-19.
So, to get another lawyer assigned by lawyer Halimi the hearing has been interrupted in 15 minutes.
Two witnesses are expected to be heard at today's session, Zoro Voksanovic and Zoran Obradovic.
The last session in this case was held on December 16th of last year.
