Vetevendosje Movement official Arber Zami has said Prime Minister Edi Rama must act on Serbia's efforts to hold the referendum in Kosovo.
Zaimi has written that it is time for Albania's prime minister and diplomacy to act.
“It is the moment that Albania's prime minister and his diplomacy act to curb Serbia's provocative efforts towards Kosovo”, Zaimi has written.
By contrast, through a joint statement, Prime Minister Kurti, President Osmani and Chief Prime Minister Konjufca, after meeting with QUINT, have announced that they have not wavered from the stance of not allowing Serbia's Kosovo referendum organisation, where O The SEU would deal with garnering votes as if in the past vote.
In this communique, three main state institutions have reiterated the position that Serbs with dual citizenship can vote by mail or in Serbia's liaison office in Pristina.
