The news has been made known by the Pristina Prosecutor's Office through a communique for the media.
“The Founding Procurory in Pristina-Department of the Criminal Crimes Unit, namely, the Economic Crime and Corruption Unit, reports that after a several-month investigation, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Department, it has banned the TI's official in the SKKKU, for criminal work “Kerqum use of official position or authority”, from Article 414 concerning Article 31 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo<3th>, states the municipality.
It is alleged that the same, in the quality of the contract manager from QKUK “Fournisation and assembly of the integrated camera monitoring system and integration of the access control system”, has carried out the overarched criminal work.
