Ukrainian President answers Beden: There are small interventions, as there are no minor victims

Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, has reacted to comments made by his American counterpart, Joe Biden.

There are no minor interventions. Just as there are no minor victims and minor grief over the loss of loved ones,” wrote Zelensky on Twitter.

Beden had declared that a small “ ” attack could bring a weaker response from the US and its allies to Russia.

President Vladimir Putin has made a series of requests to the West, insisting that Ukraine should never be allowed to join NATO and that the defence alliance should abandon military activity in Eastern Europe.

On Wednesday, President Biden said, at a press conference, that Putin would pay “serious and expensive price” for the invasion of Ukraine, the BBC writes, broadcast Clankosova.tv.

His comments prompted questions about how the US can respond to Russian aggression, and officials rushed to clarify Washington's position.
