Judges have sentenced the young man from Zurich to 11 years and three months in prison for trying and realising serious bodily injury, broadcasting albinfo.ch. He has also been found guilty of other violations, which involve overcoming speed in traffic.
The prosecutor had sought 16 years in prison for attempted murder, while the lawyer was declared a six-year prison sentence. This, according to him, should be suspended in favour of a treatment at the Witikon Mass Taking Centre, where the accused can perform professional training (the mothers). But the court has chosen the middle course. It says 20 minutes.ch.
This is the prosecutor's version: The five young people drove to Strichplatz (where the prostitutes stay) in Cyril-Altstein shortly after 11:00 p.m. on February 28, 2020, and they filmed them there. When one of the women told the police about it, two of them decided to search the car. According to the indictment, the defendant has been detained for a short time, has driven the car back and has quickly returned. A SIP Züri employee, who had also intervened, was able to jump safely in the last seconds with a jump to the side.
After he got a couple of feet back, the suspect stopped, put the car in the first speed and gave him gas. The car caught the cop and dragged him about 16 yards away.
