Interior Affairs Minister Jedal Svecla has reacted after publishing the Transparency International organisation's report, which found Kosovo has made progress in fighting corruption for three points more than 2020.
Svecla said February 14th has been the clear definition of the people for Kosovo to change the course of governing values and orientation, and for what it stresses is only happening.
He has said they will not return to crime, corruption and Kientelism, for which he stresses they will fight crime in every corner of Kosovo.
We have declared that we will without compromise fight crime and corruption in the country. During these months we have published many shares and actions within this struggle to prevent illegality and crime in the country. The progress noted in fighting crime and corruption is not random, but the result of concrete movement on the ground. Express my gratitude to all institutional actors engaged in combating crime and corruption with the pledge that we will remain committed to maximum co-operation, that these successes do not analyse and that Kosovo become a stable, peaceful and secure country for all. February 14th has been the clear definition of the people of Kosovo for Kosovo to change the course of governing values and orientation, and this is happening. We will no longer return to crime, corruption, and clientelemism. We will fight crime in every corner of Kosovo, and in each corner wherever it is located”, Svecla wrote in “Facebook”
