Two people have been arrested on suspicion that they have deceived numerous citizens for visa jobs to Croatia and Germany. The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, until he has indicated the ban on two persons has revealed that since June last year he has been investigating a case of fraud by an employment agency established as if to equip Kosovo citizens with visas for the Croatian and German state.

“The Foundation Procurory in Prizren, the General Department, from June 2021 has been investigating a case of fraud by an employment agency designed as a means for equipping Kosovo citizens with working visas to the Croatian state and the German state. On 1901.2022, one of the defendants, wanted by arrest warrant, has been arrested and on the basis of his statement the second person as co-chairman was arrested in carrying out the criminal work “Deception” by Article 1 related to Article 77 related to Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). The prosecution, has issued a 48-hour ban on the two defendants, as well as submitted calls for the appointment of the detention measure to the same”, the Prizren Foundation Prosecutor's Community said.

The charge is said to be “These defendants are suspected of deliberately and falsely presenting the facts, with the aim of illegally benefiting rich for themselves, deceive other people, and thereby encourage the injured to carry out actions at the expense of their property, in a way that defendants with the intent to profit against wealth on the date 22.10.2020 create the business of yetim & Zaimi, as employment agencies, whether for equipping Kosovo citizens with visas in Croatia and Germany, who require fulfillment of the documentation and pre-prinitional payment from the damaged amounts of the cash.

Furthermore, the prosecution has reportedly managed to secure some of the injured in the case.
