Saun stressed that the State Bureau can verify the wealth of even those who are members of officials, regardless of where they are, and if there are indicators that illegal wealth has passed on to them.
He added that this is about wealth, which has been achieved by the diaspora.
“S first, the State Bureau will verify and propose that only property acquired unwarrantedly by the official/members of their family/people exposed politically and third parties when there is suspicion that illegal property has been passed to the latter”.
“S second, with this bill, it will be determined that property verification and the proposal for seizures by the Bureau to the competent court is made only if there is disagreement between financial income and property created by official persons”.
“S third, this bill clearly stipulates that the Bureau has the right to verify even the property of the members of official persons unless there is in advance an indicator that the official person's wealth has passed to their family wherever they are located. This has nothing to do with the wealth that our diaspora can do.
