Skender Hyseni for Kurti resolution: You must be stupid to ask her that question.

National interordinator for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Skender Hyseni has said sending Resolution to stop Serbia's referendum in Kosovo has been unnecessary action. He has added that implementation of the Constitution in the country cannot be considered victory. Hyseni also says that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has had time to negotiate [...]
Hyseni also says that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has had time to negotiate with Quinti countries regarding the ban on this referendum and there has been no need to come to work until their communiqué to allow that referendum.
The implementation of the country's constitution throughout the territory cannot be considered victory or defeat. They have asked parliament, asked if they should observe the Constitution or not. That's anachronic in itself. There has been no need to ask the Parliament if it needs to be implemented. No one disputes the anti-unconstitutional character of holding the referendum. Kurt has had time to communicate with Quint and to coordinate so as not to be surprised. The Serbian referendum in Kosovo was not allowed. As a result, it didn't come to a Quinti communiqué. There had to be communication and co-ordination for this work”, he said on the Pressing Show in T7.
He further says the question posed in the resolution is rhetorical and that a final agreement should be reached with Serbia as soon as possible so that there will be no such situation in the future.
The “in the Assembly has been asked a rhetorical question where the answer is known and it is harmful how the opposition has been manipulated on this constitutional issue. It was practical, but it was known to end one day. But it had to end with one resolved in the package of problem with Serbia. I see it as extraordinary urgency because of international policies”, he added.
