He says that for the entire period of his prison sentence, there have never been problems that could end with physical conflict, whether with fellow prisoners or with prison staff.

But there are some complaints about treatment by health personnel inside the prison.

“Health Sector is zero. I don't know how much they know upstairs. Nobody's watching you. All this guy's been sick and they're just giving you paracetas. Three times I fell into the night, no one gave me a transfusion. As for the hospital here, officers and staff are blamed, but they're still not to blame because they call them, they tell them that the doctor is sick and the medical staff tell them that unless he's lying down, otherwise don't bring them in. It happened to me that I went to a prison hospital and I was told that the doctor isn't here, the doctor was asleep at 10:00 a.m. In this case I reacted badly and told them I didn't go to the ward until the doctor comes because I know he's here at the hospital.
