After this letter, a possible deadline for when a solution is potentially to be found has been given to Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca, while talking about resolving the energy crisis in the country.
Konjufca says the two critical issues are the return of B2 Block to work and the introduction of northern Kosovo into payment.
According to him, if these two issues are resolved by June, then next winter will be indisputable.
I'm thinking that what Astroth said was a conversation that tried to collect some resources, by being able to give a little bit more optimistic the totality of megavats. I think in the next six months, critical is the bloc's return, even critical, is the introduction of the northern part of Kosovo into payment. We're on the deadline, I think if we come out on June 1st, the oxen are also solved. I'm giving it as a version. I think the winter of 2022/3 is going to be totally impregnable, like some winters in 2015, 2016”, Conjufca said in Rtv Dukaagjini.
Kosovo has been facing an energy crisis since the last months of last year. The government has allocated several million euros for power subsidies until Z. The RHR has proposed a change of tax for those who spend more than 600 kWh.
This has been rejected by the opposition, who have also warned protests.
