Blinken stressed the United States' commitment to continued close consultations and co-ordination with all transatlantic allies and partners, working on de-scaling through prevention, defence and dialogue, the State Department statement said.
Bucharest Nine (B9), an organisation uniting NATO's eastern wing countries, was founded in 2015 and consisting of Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
