One of the three detainees has been released on the grounds of the Constitutional Court in Pristina, Paparaci writes.
On the evening of November 26, three people in their midst were killed by shooting on a bus near the village of Gllojan of the Decani municipality about 60 miles [100 km] from Pristina.
