Honored Members,

State institutions today made their decision to close the Fitzne Gyms from the 22nd January 4th.

Fivestar Fitness has supported and respected any decision to issue from these combat and prevention institutions of COVID-19, since the beginning of Pandemia. However, a decision like this one remains scandalous for Fitznes Industries, considering that we have not only been from the most infected industries in Pandemi globally, but have contributed so much to conscious awareness of measures, vaccines, information about health care during Pandemia.

Honored recipient's decision,

1. All of our members are verified in our system, with full inoculation.

2. Our whole staff, they're full of vaccines.

3. Our gyms have been constantly inspected, and during inspection not that any violations of the measures were verified, rather we have written down official reports of pleasure from inspectors during the raids.

4. In our gyms, in space from 1000m2 it's not allowed to overload them by limiting the number of visitors at the same time.

5. In our gyms, with sophisticated ventilation, air change has become constant.

6. Gyms have been thoroughly disinfected all the time.

7. Every measure and order taken by the Institutions has been respected by us.

8. Fivestar Fitness was one of the first businesses to call for vaccine and have supported the vaccine even when the respective institutions have not even been camping for vaccine.

9. Fivestar Fitness through all of Pandemia and the closures we've been given, has almost not received any subsidy from institutions, nor the wages of 80 employees or Qira; we've made sure that our staff never get paid for it even in months when the gyms have been closed.

Honored Institutions, and Honored Occupants, Fivestar Fitzness employs 80 employees with regular contracts who expect answers to what will happen to their salaries during this closing period.

Our questions for you are:

1. How did this decision come about?

2. Has any expert been consulted, why in Kosovo alone, Fitznets are a problem during this period?

3. Which countries were taken as an example? While in Europe and America the gym are working for the vaccinated.

4. Is it considered how workers' salaries will be covered?

5. Is the rent and all other expenses that will be added during the closure considered?

6. Is it supposed to be who's going to pay back the payment to the members of the Fitzne Gyms?

We hope and believe that in very early times the sight of this scandalous decision will be renewed!
