The Elysee Palace statement says President Emmanuel Macron has expressed deep concern about the situation at the borders of Ukraine and has stressed the need for joint work for quick reduction of tensions.
The statement came after the multilateral meeting for the crisis in Ukraine with US President Joe Biden, and with leaders of NATO and European Union states, Anadolu writes.
Macroni, who will meet with Russia's President Vladimir Putin and with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky, <x0BBBs committed to using all sources of diplomacy to preserve Europe's stability and to demonstrate his solidarity and willingness to support European Union states concerned about their safety”, the statement said.
France will organise dialogue with diplomatic advisers of this state, Germany, Russia and Ukraine according to Normandy format. This dialogue will take place on Wednesday.
The aim of the dialogue will be for Moscow to be postponed to fully implement Minsk's 2015 agreements, attracting support for rebels fighting Ukrainian government troops in Donbas.
