Pristina's first in the special edition of Klan Kosovo has said it will meet its cabinet next week.
“We are willing to strengthen the cabinet because of political aspects we need most in the assembly, we are in co-ordination with potential partners to make full co-ordination. I mentioned, we need professional staff, that's why we're waiting to have our professional staff, which will take over duties in our cabinet. I am optimistic that during the following week we will publicize our cabinet”, Rama said.
The head of the Pristina municipality, Progress Rama, has said his offer to the LVV's counterCandidate for mayor of the capital, Arben Vitita, for health director at the institution was sincere.
Asked why he did not receive an answer from Vitita, Rama said that this question would be better off becoming the former health minister personally.
This was a sincere offer. Normally, everyone makes their own decisions, it would be better to ask him. All the proposals I've made have been in professional terms. He did a good job once. I'm open to conversations, I've been open to all parties for professional people, who have to form teams in Pristina's transformation, because citizens deserve”, Rama said in Klan Kosova.
Rama has stressed that Vitita has not called to ask him about the state of health, as the latter was affected by COVID-19 days ago.
I haven't got a phone call yet. He will call me soon. I don't have a problem in this regard, but you see I'm fine”, Rama said.
Rama stressed that he is working from home and that even part of his cabinet has come up positive with coronary.
I'm fine. I have no symptoms, I'm totally in good health, I've been working all day on the Internet, I've had multiple meetings on the platform, I worked more today than if I were in the office without major obstacles”, Rama said.
Rama has added that even though some of the staff are with COVID-19, jobs in the Pristina municipality are all under way in regular form.
