He has said he will impose reciprocity in the country's north if the Kosovo government does not allow holding the 3 April Serbian elections.
Rakic, when asked what reciprocity is involved, claimed that he cannot answer that question.
According to him, this kind of reciprocity will take place only in northern Mitrovica municipalities -- Zubin Potoku, Leposaviqi and Zvecan -- adding that it would then be located in other municipalities.
Serbs in northern Mitrovica are protesting from the early hours of the morning, as they demand that it be allowed to hold the referendum on constitutional changes in Serbia. Part of them made an improvise as if they were voting for the Serbian referendum.
The Kosovo Assembly yesterday has adopted the resolution against organising the referendum in the country. Afterwards, Serbian institutions have called on Kosovo Serbs to vote in four cities in Serbia, in Kursumli, Novi Pazar, Rashka and Vranje,
