Sources of Democracy.com suggests that the two officials of the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure that were arrested today are Bedri Halimi and Mustafe Hyseni. Both of those arrested are officials of the Exploration Department.
Democracy. com has secured images from the arrest of suspects.
Five detainees, however, are citizens suspected of bribery.
The event is held at 10 different locations in Pristina, Ferizaj and Shrpca.
The raid also took place at the facility of the Ministry of Environment.
Under the order of the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj and in co-operation with the Kosovo Police is continuing the action started on December 21st, 2021, in the case “Brezovica”, where 10 locations are being raided in different cities, including the offices of the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructural Planning”, it says in the statement.
