That's how the Law for Local Self-Government defines, under which the Assembly's “chairman must be elected at a distance of 30 days after the assembly members' oath”. Consequently, on January 6th, the legal deadline for the Constitution of the Municipal Assembly expires.
Despite having the largest number of asmblists, the Vetevendosje Movement has renounced the Communist Assembly leader's position.
Amblist from this party, Guzim Svechla, said the leader's election is the responsibility of Rama's progress.
“is the task, responsibility and obligation of the newly elected chairman and his party LDK to make the assembly's constitutionalisation, and therefore it is up to them to select the head of the Assembly”, he declared. RTV Dukagjin Svechla.
It is still unknown who has been proposed for this position, since neither the LDK nor the PDK have been declared due to this issue.
The LDK also needs at least 12 votes from other political subjects in Assembly to elect the Speaker of the Parliament.
Public invitation left only to Arben Vitit for the guidance of the Health Directorate, which the LDK's Rama has not yet received.
So far only the name of Deputy Chairman Alban Zogaj and cabinet chief Vlasnim Osmani has been made public.
