If the same is not resolved during tomorrow's day, Pristina's Municipal Assembly goes to extraordinary new elections.
Despite having the largest number of asmblastists, Vetevendosje Movement has renounced the position of head of the Municipal Assembly.
Asmblist from this party Guzim Svechla says the leader's election is the responsibility of Rama's progress.
“is the task, responsibility and obligation of the newly elected chairman and his party LDK to make the assembly's constitutionalisation, and therefore it is up to them to select the head of the Assembly”, he declared. RTV Dukagjin Svechla.
But who was nominated for this position has not been disclosed either by the LDK or by the third party in Pristina, PDK.
The LDK in the municipal assembly elections has managed to secure 14 seats, but that is not enough to elect the head of the Municipal Assembly.
The LDK also needs at least 12 votes from other political subjects to elect the Speaker of the Parliament.
Although there are 24 hours remaining when the Speaker of the Assembly should be elected, the LDK has not yet announced any agreements with other subjects.
Regarding the invitation that Arben Vitit was given to run the health sector in Pristina, LVV say they have never accepted such an invitation.
“LVV has an address. I've heard Rama come up with such an offer, but at our address, no such invitation has come to Arben the Year or any co-operation with LV”.
So far only the name of Deputy Chairman Alban Zogaj and cabinet chief Vlasnim Osmani has been made public, but so far the name of none of the 16 directors of municipal directors has been published.
Under the Law for Local Self-rule, the head of the Assembly must be elected more than 30 days after the assembly members are sworn in.
