Power from coal: Slovenia refuses to harm people, bans production with this substance for a decade

Adoption of the strategy implies that the cited regions can and will start using the means from the fund for fair energy transformation, under which Slovenia will receive nearly 250m euros, according to the government.
Slovenia secures a third of its electricity output from the Shoshtaj thermal power plant, which uses coal for electricity production, while the remaining two-thirds are provided mainly by hydropower plants and power plant Krsko.
We remember that one of the cheapest sources for producing electricity is coal, which is extremely harmful to health.
