Kosovo's “Police, through the emergency line in Mitrovica South on the date 01.01.2022, had accepted information that a family in the village of Lárusha, had experienced a family disagreement and given the immediately accepted information, committed Skyeraj police officials, who have responded to the case. Police units, once they arrived at the scene, have taken all necessary police actions, where from the first contact with the victim, witness and suspect had noted suspicions that a dispute had occurred in their family”, the clarification said.
In their clarification, it is said that despite the complaining statements that no physical violence was exercised against her and no sign of violence was observed to the same, police units have accompanied all parties to the Skenderaj police station.
Police say they had offered the victim to go to the shelter, but according to them, her son insisted that she stay home, and had said that he would allow parents to have problems with each other.

According to the initial legal procedures, the guardian prosecutor has been contacted, where, according to the custody prosecutor's instructions, the case was decided to qualify “Kanuna in the family” and proceed in regular procedure.
