The unknown person has descended from his vehicle an unmarried citizen who was later identified as 34-year-old Vinci Piroli, originally from Kurbin, but lived in Shkodra. This data is published by journalist Artan Hoxha.

The stranger left the wounded in the hospital and left quickly without being identified.

Lezha police are checking security cameras to enable identification of the vehicle and the unknown person who delivered the wounded to Lezha Hospital.

Hospital doctors in Lezha have tried to give first aid to the injured, but when they saw that they needed some specialized assistance, they have rushed him to Trauma Hospital in the capital.

From the first data, it turns out that Vinci Piroli was injured in Shkodra, under still well-explained circumstances. The author shot Piplol in the chest and in the belly.

Which one is actually Vinci Piroli, according to Artan Hoxha.

Officially, 34-year-old Piroli is in international research because he is directly charged as author of an assassination conducted in the municipality of Ulcinj in Montenegro, dated July 4th, 2021, where Montenegrin national Momcilo Djuriski, 68, was killed.

Montenegro police investigated for more than three and a half months, co-operating and with the Albanian police, until they managed to prove who were the authors of the assassination last July 4th last year in Ulcinj.

At a press conference, dated October 12th 2021, Montenegrin police publicly declared they had cleared the assassination of Momcilo Djurisic.

According to the police that Montenegro, the perpetrators of this crime are Albanian citizens, Vinci Piroli, 34, and Dojian Lala 35, originally from Kurbin.

Sector Against Crime and Corruption chief Aleksandar Boskovic said the two Albanians are top suspects in the assassination, as sufficient evidence has been found against them.

The sector's “delictors against crime by Ulcinj Police and Tivar in Montenegro have prosecuted, two Albanian nationals Vincec Piroli 34 and Dorian Lala 35, who are the top suspects in Momcilo Djurishqi's assassination on July 4th 2021 in Ulcinj.

Boskovic said that “during the investigation have documented sufficient evidence that was used during the departure from the scene, as well as the author's escape course discovered”.

The Montenegrin police investigation has resulted in authors entering Montenegro's territory legally in the early hours of 4 July.

They have fled to Albania immediately after committing the crime in Ulcinj, through the Sukobine-Meriqan border crossing point.

68-year-old Momcilo Djurisic's assassination attempt is suspected of being committed by a hitman who has been contracted to commit crime for the motives of revenge.

On March 2nd 2017, the victim's son, Savo Djurisk, 29, killed with firearms in the town of Ulcinj, the citizen from Kosovo, Beqaj 53.

The author was caught only 20 minutes after the crime, and his family members were expressed concern that they feared revenge from the other three brothers of the victim from Kosovo.

Montenegrin police, according to Hoxha, suspect that the victim's relatives from Kosovo have paid for revenge -- the two killers from Albania.

Momcilo Djurisic's son, Savo Djurisic, was sentenced to the murder of 53-year-old Kosovo. But Likaj's relatives have been disappointed by this decision, and have thought to establish justice themselves.

According to the Montenegrin police investigation, it turns out that the murder of 68-year-old Momcilo Djurisk, ahead of his local in Ulcinj, was carried out by Vinci Piroli, while Doyan Lala had the role of aide.

Although declared international research by October 12th of last year, Vinci Piroli and Dorejan Lala have continued to remain at large on Albania's territory until yesterday afternoon, Pirol has fallen prey to an unexpected assassination.
