Sixteen years ago, many citizens had been waiting for hours to pay their respects near Ibrahim Rugova's lifeless body, despite the extremely low temperatures of up to 15 degrees Celsius.
In Ibrahim Rugova's funeral, dozens of citizens had attended, from the most powerful states in the world, considering this as the biggest farewell in the region.
