spokesman PDK, Faton Abdullahu, has asked the Kosovo government urgently to reconsider recent anti measures. - CO VID.
At a media conference, he said the measures are unprofessive and very damaging to citizens and to domestic businesses.
“The PDK considers recent anti-traditional, non-professive, and yet very harmful in many dimensions CO VID and as a result these measures are harmful to our internal businesses, even those outside Kosovo that co-operate with our country, as well as these measures are unrealistic in relation to the right of free movement of citizens. This government, in the absence of capacity and vision to manage with the pandemic, has chosen extreme measures, unable to take capacity-adding measures, prefers to take extreme measures by restricting the movement of citizens in the evening and penalising tens of thousands of businesses which also aid”.
On the other hand, Abdullah urged that extreme measures for the closure of gastronomy be reviewed, as he said are constantly being damaged, including sports, cultural and other activities.
“instead of extreme closing measures, The PDK recommends that the Government increase management capacities and citizens with two doses of the vaccine have the opportunity to move freely and businesses operate without obstacles”.
Among other things, he said entry into Kosovo with only three doses of the vaccine is a violation of human rights.
“Massas like that for having the third vaccine as a condition to enter Kosovo are violations of human rights in relation to Albanian citizens of surrounding countries. These citizens have unstoppable ties with Kosovo, such as family and business, education and other areas. The PDK solidifies with all those who oppose these measures and Kosovo's citizens and are protesting these measures that violate their basic right to enter Kosovo”.
“PDK seeks from Government and Health Ministry to review recent anti measures CO VID to change them and stop the damage destroyed and formalised discrimination. Change measures for citizens who want to enter Kosovo, whose third vaccine is required. Kosovo is and must be all Albanians. At no moment has this government managed to manage with the pandemic”, he said.
