Tahiri has said it is unacceptable because it will greatly exacerbate the economic situation of Kosovo citizens and families.

“Today, the PDK's GP, given the situation that is becoming worse every day with electrical energy, and on the other hand, seeing the prime minister's and government's irresponsability, asked us to hold a debate about the situation. In order for citizens to pass this winter as easily as possible, we demand that the price of energy not rise under any circumstances. This is unaffordable for citizens and cannot happen. ”, he said.

Tahiri has criticised the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement for not backing the PDK's motion, saying Kosovo is the last country to be discussing the company of measures related to increasing the price of electricity.

“How the job is going, Kosovo will be one of the 10 countries that will pay the most expensive electricity in Europe. It's being manipulated much about government figures and supply statistics. As the opposition, we will not stop. We will work and use all instruments to invite Prime Minister Kurti to the extraordinary session so that we will not allow the price of energy to be raised. Each Kosovo family, however small it may be, will spend 600 kWh of electricity within the month and be affected by the rise in energy prices. Salaries have not increased, so the salaries of our citizens, teachers, policemen, the private sector will not be able to afford the increase in the energy price.”, Tahiri stressed.

Tahiri has warned that the PDK will constantly oppose this tendency, warning an extraordinary session in which a resolution that prevents the price of energy will be initiated.

“We have been against, we will oppose and not stop in rejecting this government decision. Our citizens do not deserve this abuse. A parliamentary debate on increasing the price of energy is very necessary. Adoption of a resolution calling for Z The HR is inevitable. As a Parliamentary Group, for us, the most important thing today is to prevent the rising price of energy. It is unacceptable to pay the most expensive current in Europe. We invite the prime minister to be more responsible in this regard because today there is no greater concern for citizens than the power supply.
