Former Infrastructure Minister Paul Lekaj has indicted at the Constitutional Court in Pristina for insulting and slandering the deputy minister of this ministry, Hysen Durmishin.
In the indictment provided by Reporter Online.net, Lekaj has reportedly indicted Durmish following a television statement that the former minister has seen as slander and insult to him and his former deputy.
From this indictment he has demanded 20 thousand euros in compensation.
“On December 29, 2021, at 9: 00 p.m., the indictee taking part in the Context show, “The Tents of the Government 2”, broadcast on ATV television, has insulted and slandered against the plaintiffs for his work during leadership time with the ministry of infrastructure, naming the plaintiff and his staff as an organised “crim/4> and that <x5Pal Lekaj was also the chief of the ministry at the time of minister Abdzixhixhii and Aljub>
In his statement, Durmish had mentioned that Lekaj and his former staff had led with Minister of Infrastructure even at the time of ministers Lumir Abdijku and Arba Abashi.
