The New Kosovo coalition (AKR) has decided not to vote on Fehmi Kupina of the LDK for leaders of the Pristina Municipal Assembly.
Former Pristina deputy chairman of this party Selim Pacolli has made that known
. “AKR voters will not vote for LDK's nominee for Pristina Municipal Assembly Speaker Fehmi Kuban, without a coalition agreement signed”, Pacolli said February, for the frontonline.
The Cup, has failed to elect leaders in the first and second round of voting after receiving only 25 votes.
To be elected leader, he needs 26 votes. The deadline to elect the head of the Parliament in Pristina is January 6th. Otherwise, the capital goes to new local elections for Assembly.
