He voiced confidence that Kosovo already needs to deepen co-operation with many countries in the world, specifically with Albania.
“Do not send ambassadors in time has damaged Kosovo. I am convinced that these ambassadors that have been sent now will work and the missing time to recover”.
Kosovo needs many ambassadors in many countries. Kosovo needs co-operation and collaboration with Albania. A co-operation between our states is unseen and damaging Kosovo”, Pacolli said.
“I do not stop and participate in summits, will also take part in the Malta Samtin at the end of February. And I'll work but the government needs co-ordination with people who can and I have a strong desire to help Kosovo”, he said.
He added that he would not stop working for Kosovo to bring recognition from many countries around the world.

Pacolli says Kosovo does not have the comfort of entering any economic or political blockades.
Therefore, according to him, the country needs to become part of the regional open Balkans initiative, because, he says, no one can stop this initiative, EO reports.
Kosovo should not allow itself to enter any economic or political blockades. Kosovo must move forward because it is more useful. Kosovo should not be excluded anywhere. In any European initiative, Kosovo should be part of it. The Open Balkans are pro-European initiative. I insisted that in the region the EU's pre-room be established, where all countries in the region become part of this parameter”.
“The arrival of the mini-sengen and the open Balkans is welcome for Kosovo. I am for Kosovo to be part of the open Balkans. The Open Balkans are reality that neither Kosovo nor Montenegro can stop them. This will move forward with or without us because there is support from the EU and America”.
