Osmani: Association signed by Kosovo prime ministers, left international fault

The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has indicated that never from the United States and the European Union, Kosovo institutions have been introduced to proposals that are being mentioned, for extensive autonomy or for an Association of Serbian municipalities with executive competencies.

She, before the media today, has stressed that the problem is that earlier Kosovo representatives in the dialogue have signed harmful agreements, saying they have given competencies to association.

We should say a reality that is black in white, the agreements are signed by Kosovo prime ministers, the responsibility to be placed in the international community and to hide behind them, does not honor the country. We are determined not to allow models that would make our country unfunctional”, Osmani said.
