Nura: They're idiots who think my candidacy was against the Yashhar family.

Skenderaj was one of the municipalities where the race in local elections was strong and often hard-language, but closed in the first round. The PDK restored the municipality, which counts as their bastion with Fadil Nura, who won over former Mayor Bekim Jashari. Nura's candidacy was seen as opposed to the Jashar family, but that the new Scytheright chairman denies it. Nura also speaks of the situation in which he found the municipality.

In an interview for KosovaPress, Nura says those who think the candido against the Jashari family have low intelligence co-efficiency (IQ), while adding that for the good of Svileright it is open for co-operation even with former head Bekim Jashar.

It's actually the wrong concept if we think that in a manifestation of free will and a liberal democracy system that we have in the constitutional system is someone against someone. We've been racing, I've been asked this opportunity even with the approval of the subject I meet with the Democratic Party because of the obstacles done to the head of the branch, and that's with the support of all branch structures and with their demand I've even entered the race and I've been against no one, on the contrary. So any tendency like that, or any manifestation in the knowledge of anyone who thinks my candidacy was against the Jashar family, he could have an idiot's intelligence coefficin. It's not true, we've run with other candidates who have been for Skenderaj and I've offered my political programme, alternative, my political goals and governance for Skenderaj. So I believe that even Bekim as former mayor of the municipality any initiative of his every idea that is good for Skenderaj is open to co-operating”, he said.

Nura talks about the situation in which he found the municipality and the realisation of the targets.

“We are in the process of consolidation, assessment of the situation in which we took the municipality. There's a shortage of staff, there's trouble for itself because every head or manager has its own system of work. That's why I have my own system of work that I think I can accomplish the quickest and best goals, so almost like any mayor who doesn't agree with government over the past, I don't agree to many things I've found in the Communists, actually. But no matter how I'm inclined to move forward and realize the goals we have”, he said.

Nura added that the Skyeraj municipality has over half a million euros in aid because of the poor management the government has had last government.

“Projects involving local communities' sub-centres, then within the urban plan of the town of Scivilright, rings that are where we left them four years ago and also those known as education, health, culture, youth and sports that we have clearly programmed for what and how we will do. What I've seen so far in past governance is clearly behind a poor management of projects, especially the capital of what today the Skyright Community has brought about over half a million euros of success due to poor management of capital projects. That would say it was an act or a government that showed the performance level”, Nura said.

Mayor Nura also tells about building schools for disabled children, which is a donation.
