New Northern Macedonia Government More New Names on Kovacevski Team

Mandatar Dimitar Kovacevski today met with the party's close leadership for a final confirmation of the names he has chosen, following consultations even with government coalition partners.

On Monday afternoon, at the central leadership meeting, Kovachevski will confirm the names even before party bodies. Names on opinion have not been formalised, but the media already report not officially to some of them.

Kovacevski's government:

Sanja Lukarevska v/Prime Minister for Combating Corruption

Bojan Maricic ) deputy prime minister on European issues

Fatmir Bytyqi deputy prime minister for economic issues

Minister of Internal Affairs still unknown name

Lupco Nikolovski defence minister

Milan Zivkoviq Minister for Labour and Social Policy

Slavjanka Petrovska justice minister

Trajan Dimkov ) Minister of Agriculture

The dilemma has had for the Ministry of Transport and Links, but the likelihood is that it will be further run by Blagoj Bocvarski. Albanian coalition parties remain at the same quotas.

Kovachevski is expected to hand over the proposal for the new government cabinet in the Assembly on Tuesday and vote over the coming weekend.

Minister of Internal Affairs will likely remain Oliver Spasovski, even though it was rumoured that LSDM Deputy Chairman Mile Zechev will lead the internal dictatorship. /AlsatM
