“Such an action would require willing or reluctant reaction. Regardless of how mathematically you present or take some costs on this side and put them on the other side at the end of the day, as a state, like Kosovo, as a society, so these 2 million Kosovars living in Kosovo, along with Kosovo businesses, will pay 42 per cent higher costs this year, Mustafa said. This 42 percent comes from the Z report itself. RREA, he said at T7.
On the other hand, he said that there is a sentence in this report that says that if it were linear growth, that would be 42 percent if it applied to all.
“Welcome Z proposal THREE, which received the approval of the current government, is that for a few blocks it will be 0 percent, for some 9 percent, which goes to some 100 percent and exceeds 100 percent, but in total as a society we will pay 42 percent more for energy during this year”, Mustafa stressed.
