On September 26th, 2019, Kosovo's current prime minister, Albin Kurti, had said the electricity price would be lowered, though he could not provide accurate answers to how low he would be. He also said they would not pay with Kosovo's budget the current for those who pay, alluding to citizens in northern Kosovo.
Moliqaj through a Facebook post has reminded Kurt of Kurt's promises about electricity.
Among other things, he says that he could not conclude otherwise.
