In presenting the PSD manifesto, Moliqaj said that at the centre of this final agreement there should be equality and will of the peoples, and therefore Kosovo's self-determination to join Albania.

Kosovo needs the deal and needs the whole region. There are three possibilities on the horizon to continue the status quo, which will be regrass. Second, reaching the agreement that has association within that it is not functional and implies continuing conflict. Third, it is redefinition of borders, and this implies eventual division and mutual recognition between the two states. That means Kosovo's self-determination and association with Albania... We believe in this third that redefining borders is the solution to lasting peace. It is the possibility of a final agreement in the centre of which equality and will of the peoples”, he said.

Moldova criticised Kurti Government for the approach it is using in the process of dialogue with Serbia.

The new government's “is very old. Its discussion is to get ready for the new attack, instead of discussing peace, we have dictates of war and revenge for Serbia... Such an approach brings neither cooperation nor well - being. But we didn't expect anything from this government. Our beliefs are that Kosovo and Serbia need peace based on equality among the” peoples, he said.

In the opening of the party's fundamental document, Moliqaj said the same presents the most clear way of PSD criticism.

Our “Manifest is not just a document, it presents our criticism in the clearest way and is the only way forward for PSD. It's our way of thinking and our views”, he said.

Among other PSD party officials, they said they would engage in progressive taxes, strengthening the role of workers and trade unions.
