Early childhood education is a necessity, and all children, regardless of where and when they were born, deserve to be educated in becoming skilled and social contributors.

As Minister, we drafted the Education Bill on Early Child and sent it to preliminary consultation. I'm very excited about this development because with this bill, we're going to fix the delivery of quality education in all forms of educational organization for our youngest from birth to age 6. They will be provided with the right to education based on individual needs and develop the potential they have.

More than anything we want the growth, development, health and holistic welfare of every child. We aim to offer them a safe and supportive environment to train children active through play, and thus promote learning throughout life.

We're going to have the law implemented precisely. Education programmes for early childhood will be derived from the core curriculum for the EFH, which will be compiled in the following months. So I invite all relief agents to engage, contribute, and participate actively in preliminary consultation.

This primary education bill makes 2023-2024 mandatory.
