Merdar: Serbian referendum material confiscated, election co-ordinator arrested

The so-called Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia has said that members of the Kosovo Police have arrested him at around 10:30 tonight, the co-ordinator of the Republic of Elections Commission, Marko Jankoviqi, at the border point in Merdara. Two trucks carrying election material for the referendum [...] were reportedly confiscated in the release.

Two trucks carrying election materials for Sunday's referendum have reportedly been confiscated and truck drivers and Jankovic's have been arrested.
The director of this office, Petar Petkov, has said he has announced the European Union's authorship for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, of this development, which he describes as a scandal of great size and consequences.
Petkovic from Lajcak has asked Jankovic and three drivers to be released.
