New measures confirmed: Gastronomia until 1: 00 p.m., curfew from 22: 00 p.m.

Kosovo Government is expected today to approve new anti measures - CO VID. Health Ministry proposals are expected to take effect from tomorrow. These measures include limiting the movement from 10: 00 p.m. to 5: 00 a.m., while gastronomy activity will also be allowed to take place until 9:00. [...]
So has made it known, Health Ministry spokesman Faik Hoti, who said these measures against COVIDD-19 are aimed at slowing the spread of Omitron version as well as preventing overload of patients.
“Yesterday's executions and proposals on the Committee for Education and Co-ordination vs. COVID-19 has actually transformed them into proposals that go to the country's government today and is expected to be adopted today by new measures that have to come into force by tomorrow. I will definitely inform the government as soon as it has approved, but the important thing is that compliance has been reached for some measures that primary aim has slowed the spread of the Omitron version, which is a dominant variant in our country as well and prevent excessive hospital overload and prevent serious forms of disease and deaths from COVID”, he said.
Hoti declared for Kosovo that citizens entering Kosovo must have all three doses of anti vaccine - CO VID, or two doses and a negative PCR test.
He said that he would engage in more strict application and oversight of these provisions, especially in the malls.
“Of course there will be measures regarding entry into our country, citizens coming to our country will certainly have 3 doses or 2 doses, and the fresh PCR test to testify may also have restrictions on passing some services from the form of providing physical services online. There will be restrictions on the movement and you know that the time ahead was when there was no movement between 7:00 and 5: 00 a.m., as the restrictions now begin from 22:00 that automatically means that the gastronomy sector will work less than an hour that means that activities should be closed at 9: 00 a.m. and that there will be other measures without any specific sector. [...] We expect some measures to affect even different shopping centres where citizens or customers who should frequent them should be vaccinated or those who refuse vaccinated should have medical evidence why they cannot be vaccinated because we considered that the main factors affecting Omitron cases are these institutions or super distribution activities and commercial centres are some of them”, he stressed.
Since some schools have already continued to teach in distance because of positive cases of COVIID, Hoti said the educational system would continue according to earlier topics of learning.

During 24 hours in Kosovo, a person has lost his life as a result of COVID-19, while 2 thousand and 708 new cases have been recorded.
